Parmesan Squash Zucchini Bake

6 yellow squash
4 zucchini
1cup Parmesan cheese
Salt
Pepper
Onion salt
Garlic Powder

Cut up veggies. Place in bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic powder to taste.  Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.  Mix well.  Place in greased pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.  Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over top.  Return to oven for 15 minutes or until brown.

Serves 8. Per serving: Calories 83, Fat 3.5g, Carbs 8.9g, fiber 2.9g, Net Carbs 6g, Protein 6.8g
